Free refunds – no questions asked (7 days)

At Almandali, fragrance is a personal journey. If the scent you’ve chosen doesn’t feel like the right match, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund — no questions asked.

To start a return, please email us at info@almandali.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Be lightly tested only
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@almandali.com.au.
